How It Works
- Assessment and Discovery: To create awareness and establish a robust foundation while shaping a personalized development plan, participants engage in four crucial assessments. This includes the Profiles International PXT Select Whole Person Assessment, a confidential 360 Verbal Assessment conducted by Blais + Associates, Career Assessment and Planning, Leadership Skills and Behavior Review, Assessment and Leadership Report. These assessments draw insights from the participant, peers, and other key constituents. They play a pivotal role in offering a comprehensive understanding of the participant’s thinking style, behavioral traits, role success factors, career aspirations, leadership skills and behaviors, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Individual Development Plan: Armed with the valuable insights from assessments, participants collaborate with their coaches to craft a personalized development plan. This plan serves as a roadmap, identifying areas where the participant can focus their efforts for maximum impact both in the present and the future.
- Execution: For up to twelve months (length of time is customizable based on needs), participants actively engage in two sessions per month, each lasting up to two hours. These sessions, aligned with the individual development plan, blend leadership content with personalized coaching. This approach creates a platform for accelerated learning, valuable feedback, and sustained accountability.
- Accountability and Results: Maintaining a continuous feedback loop, participants develop and share monthly accountability plans along with the corresponding results achieved with their coach and sponsor. This ongoing process fosters a dynamic and responsive approach to the participant’s developmental journey, ensuring accountability and tangible results.
