How It Works

  • Prior to the first session, participants will take Profiles International PXT Select assessment and Blais + Associates will conduct a confidential 360 Verbal Assessment with key constituents to develop data-driven insights into their thinking and reasoning style, behavioral traits, role success factors, development opportunities, manager and team alignment
  • Based on insights and with the help of a coach, participants will create their individual leadership development plan
  • Participants will attend monthly four-hour in-person group sessions over  ten months, from January through October, to engage, learn, practice, and develop. Each session will focus on key leadership topics for participants to apply over the next 30 days and beyond
  • Participants will develop and share monthly accountability plans and results achieved
  • Participants will attend multiple one-on-one coaching sessions to obtain individualized feedback, accelerate learning and drive accountability
